    MADDIE OWEN

    Maddie is a true powerhouse, known for her versatility across the commercial and creative industries. Her resume is next level, including:
    • Performing on stage with artists like Tones & I, Ricki-Lee, and Leanne Rimes.

    • Appearing on shows like Eurovision, Australian Idol, and Dancing with the Stars.

    • Working on major productions like Opera Australia’s ‘Guys & Dolls’ and the FIFA World Cup.

    • Dancing in Rebel Wilson’s film, ‘The Deb’.

    RANIA OSBOURNE

    Theatre credits include Strictly Ballroom The Musical , West Side Story (Opera Australia), The Wedding Singer (David Venn Enterprises), Moulin Rouge! The Musical (Global Creatures) and Chicago (Crossroads Live).

    Rania’s television credits include Dancing with the Stars Australia, The X Factor Australia, and The Real Full Monty. Campaigns include I’m a Celebrity and The Iconic Australia.

    Rania is also an in demand commercial dancer and model in Australia, working with artists such as Sam Smith and Keiynan Lonsdale.

    SARAH BOURKE

    Originally from Hobart, Tasmania, Sarah graduated from Ettingshausens Pro in Sydney in 2017. She won a scholarship to train at Broadway Dance Centre in New York which she undertook after returning from a 10 month contract performing aboard Royal Caribbean International cruise liners.

    Sarah made her professional Musical Theatre debut in 2021 in An American in Paris and then went on to perform in the cast of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella in 2022. Most recently, Sarah has toured Australia with Disney’s Beauty & the Beast, understudying the role of Babette.

    Sarah’s credits also include the ‘Arts for Alzheimers’ event in NYC, the Royal Edingburgh Military Tattoo, performing with recording artist Starley at Sydney Mardi Gras, plus TV appearances on programs such as the The Voice and Dance Boss.

    RECHELLE MANSOUR

    Rechelle was born for the performing arts! At age 7 this talented singer, dancer and actor was cast in Annie (GFO) and then at age 11 joined the cast of Billy Elliot (Old Vic Productions). Rechelle completed her Certificate IV in Performing Arts at Ettingshausens and has been in great demand for stage and screen ever since. Rechelle’s stage and theatre credits include Aladdin The Musical (Disney), Velvet the Show (Craig Ilot/Peter Rix), Blanc de Blanc and Life (Strut and Fret) and Candy Man and The Vaudevillians (Kermond Creative). Most recently Rechelle has played the role of Val in A Chorus Line! (Darlinghurst Theatre Company), Fame (Hama Productions) and is currently in the cast of Blanc De Blanc(Strut & Fret).

    EWAN HERDMAN

    Ewan made his professional musical theatre debut at the age of 12 in the original Australian production of Matilda the Musical (Louise Withers/Royal Shakespeare Company) in Sydney, later touring with the show to Perth, Adelaide, and Auckland. Prior to the tour, he was part of the Juvenile Ensemble in Bonnie Lythgoe’s production of Cinderella. During his junior-school training at Ettingshausens, Ewan was also featured as part of the Kid Crew in Ready Set Dance on Nick Jr.

    Ewan graduated from Ettingshausens Pro in 2023 with an Advanced Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance). He went on to play the iconic role of Baby John in West Side Story for Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour in 2024 which was a career highlight. Ewan is proudly represented by Presley Management.

    MARIE IKONOMOU

    Marie completed her Diploma of Elite Performing Arts at Ettingshausens PRO in 2020, and then made her professional Musical Theatre debut in 2021 in Jagged Little Pill (GWB). This was then followed by a position in the ensemble for the national tour of Mamma Mia! The Musical (LWAA Productions) in 2023 and national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar 2024-2025.

    Marie has also had the opportunity to perform with many artists, including Jessica Mauboy at the Logie Awards, Kylie Minogue at World Pride, and Meghan Trainor on Australian Idol. Marie has had the privilege of working with the Bangarra Dance Theatre, Australia’s premier Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander dance company for their 50th Anniversary performance.

    Marie is passionate in teaching the next generation of dancers, and she is excited to pass on her knowledge to the students at Dance Encore.

    TEGAN JEFFREY-RUSHTON

    Tegan Jeffrey-Rushton is a dance artist and emerging choreographer based in Sydney, Australia. Tegan’s creative practice is a melting-pot of her diverse dance background into a style defined by athleticism, intricacy, and storytelling. With a passion for immersive theatre and site-specific modalities, she is drawn to blending contemporary dance and theatre, with a strong desire to bring more of this genre to Australian audiences. Her recent work, OVERTURE, is an immersive contemporary dance- theatre piece that premiered at The Queens Theatre – with a sold-out season at Adelaide Fringe 2025 – winning the overall “Best in Dance” award. 

    As a performer, Tegan has appeared in productions such as: Opera Australia’s Carmen, Stephanie Lake Company’s COLOSSUS, XYZ by Holly Finch in Auckland NZ and worked with artists and brands such as The Veronicas, Guy Sebastian, Pepsi, Drew Barrymore x Wanderlust, Reebok and many more. Her choreographic credits include L-Flora, Zela Margossian Quintet x Nowness Asia and Nick Broadhurst. She has also worked as a dance assistant on a variety of high-profile projects, including Dancing With The Stars under Sarah Boulter, ORLANDO for Belvoir St Theatre under Shannon Burns, and Q&A in Tokyo with renowned LA-based choreographer Jillian Meyers. 

    Tegan is committed to creating work that is both engaging and accessible, aiming to connect with a wide audience without compromising artistic integrity. She is drawn to work that feels immediate and cinematic, often exploring the relationship between performer, space, and audience, merging raw physicality with theatricality to create performances that invite and challenge in equal measure.

    IRIS WEI

    Iris is a professional Chinese-Australian dancer and creative currently based in Sydney, Australia.

    With a background in classical ballet - having trained pre-professionally at world-renowned Tanya Pearson Academy - Iris graduated from Ettingshausens Pro with a polished commercial and creative skillset. With fluency in all movement styles, Iris specialises in Contemporary, Jazz, Heels and Musical Theatre - a skillset that underscores her ability to evoke emotion and connect with audiences worldwide.

    Her recent credits include Norwegian Cruise Line and Legends in Concert, as well as corporations such as the The Star Entertainment Group, Ronald McDonald House Charity and Elastoplast. She has worked with numerous esteemed Australian and international directors and choreographers including but not limited to: Lucinda Dunn OAM, Ann Skufca, Sophie Holloway, James Maxfield and many more.

    Iris is currently represented by Focus Talent Management.
